Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings
Our cancellation policy for group bookings is two weeks. We require a deposit of one night's stay for the entire group, and then two weeks before your arrival, we will charge your credit card for the remaining balance. Should you need to cancel your booking before the two week cancellation policy applies, we will refund your card the deposit of the first night's stay. To make your booking, we will need to send you a credit card authorization form to authorize both the deposit and full charge of the booking for the entire group, which we will need filled out, signed, and faxed back to us.
