This one is genuinely special. The Salish Sea Lantern Festival returns to Sidney this weekend, with the famous Lantern Parade lighting up Saturday evening. Sidney is an easy and scenic day trip — hop a BC Transit bus or catch a ride out — and the parade itself is the kind of thing you'll be talking about for years. Lanterns drifting toward the water as the sun goes down? Yeah. Go.
🎭 Victoria Fringe Fest Kicks Off

Fringe season is here, and if you've never experienced it, welcome to one of the best weeks to be in Victoria.
